Day 10 - Gold Coast Prt 3

Drove to a more secluded beach today because a local told us it was amazing. It was alright. Went kayaking, again. I think I'm gonna take it up while I'm out here. Its great fun. The water was really still. Found a mini island made of sand. Got out and went for a swim. Current was ridiculously strong. Had to hold onto the bottom or dig my feat it to avoid getting swept out to sea. Had something to eat. Our waiter said he used to live in London near Chiswick. "Small world" Actually I reckon its not a small world. Its just the places that can sustain human life on the planet is small, and the areas that we want to live are even smaller. Drove back to our beach. Got sunburned slightly on my back. Can hear melanoma sneaking up behind me waiting to attack. Well it wont be any time soon. SPF30 bitch!
